MEET OUR FOUNDER

Rachael Crabbe

Rachael is the founder of The Pillar Yoga and Wellness—a space created from the deep belief that true healing happens when we feel completely safe, accepted, and seen. Known for her ability to hold grounded, loving space, Rachael has spent decades helping others slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and move through resistance with grace.

With certifications in Integrative Nutrition and Hormone Health from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a 200-hour yoga teacher training, Rachael blends science, intuition, and compassion to support whole-person healing. She’s passionate about helping people move beyond information overload and into embodied, sustainable change.

Rachael knows what it feels like to live from the neck up—disconnected from the body, running on expectations and “shoulds.” She spent years in strict routines, chasing wellness from a place of performance. But her healing journey has led her into softness, slowness, and trust—learning to listen to her body, honor her emotions, and move with fluidity instead of force.

Through coaching, yoga, breathwork, and a carefully curated team of wellness professionals, Rachael helps others come home to themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and live in alignment with who they truly are. Whether you’re attending a class, booking a massage with one of our therapists, or diving into coaching, you’ll be met with safety, belonging, and the gentle challenge to grow.
