YOGA AT THE PILLAR

Yoga is a wonderful resource to calm our nervous systems, recenter, and find clarity of soul, body, and mind. Our yoga classes are for bodies of all types and all abilities. We offer modifications throughout class to meet you where you are. How you show up is exactly how you’re meant to show up, and there is space to breathe and rest in where your abilities are in each moment. Our classes are a place to foster rest and reconnection to ourselves.
