We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early. This gives you plenty of time to use the bathroom and get comfortable in our space before class starts. Class starts promptly.

If you’re late and you’ve already registered for class then quietly join in. If you have not registered for class please choose another class to attend so that you have time to sign the liability waiver before class starts.

Yes! Our classes are designed for all levels. Instructors offer modifications to meet you where you are.

We ask that phones be silenced and left in your bag to maintain a peaceful environment.

If you must leave early, let the instructor know in advance and set up near the exit to minimize disruption.

We ask for at least 2 hours’ notice for cancellations. No-shows may be charged.

Class passes and memberships are non-refundable but may be transferred or credited in certain cases.

To honor and respect our teachers’ time, classes without any registered participants at least one hour before start time will be canceled. We encourage you to sign up in advance to ensure your spot and keep the class on the schedule!
